Once made Payment cant be Refunded or Cancelled in any circumstance

Publications of Book , journals, patents will be varied on different parameters so mentioned or given dates are not fixed for guarantee publications 1. After receiving purchase orders can’t return back.
2. After receiving purchase payment can’t make call back charges / can’t be refunded.
